What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different and every home has a different cleaning process. I like to get to know my clients and listen to their requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience in customer service and also obtained a diploma in Management from BBTU. Anyone could clean a house, only an expert in customer service like me will commit to provide you a perfect cleaning experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my father died in 1992, my mother established her own cleaning company and worked hard to raise 3 daughters on her own. After the birth of my 3rd child in 2013, I decided to embrace the same dream and work hard for my own children.
