What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think my prices are reasonable. I’m meticulous and don’t cut corners. I don’t rush because when you do it’s a hit and miss. You get what you pay for. If you pay someone to come in your home for $50 you will get exactly that. I focus on detail and mainly dusting. If you refer someone I will give you $20 off your next cleaning. Smiles
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a janitorial franchise Owner. They give you the right training and skills to focus on detail. And to also go green. It’s safe
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Satisfied and dissatisfied. Some customers will try to get over on you and try to add more to the project while your cleaning and of course you would have to add more to the fee. It’s all about customer service skills. 😀
