- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of detail, quality, and team based service we provide. We work with a professional team of 3–5 cleaners to ensure efficiency and consistent, high-quality results. Initial cleanings are typically more detailed and priced higher to bring the home to a proper maintenance level. Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are offered at a lower rate, while one-time or on-demand cleanings are priced slightly higher due to scheduling flexibility. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We include our own professional supplies, but we’re also happy to use client preferred products if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering details about the home, including size, condition, and type of cleaning needed. Photos are always helpful for a more accurate estimate. Once pricing is provided, we schedule a convenient time and assign the appropriate team. Our first visit is usually an initial cleaning, where we bring the home to a consistent, high standard. After that, we work with the client to maintain the home through a schedule that fits their lifestyle.
