We had Desmond Y. come out today to give us a quote for encapsulation of our crawlspace. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. He did a great job at selling the company and really knowing the product that they were selling. He gave us a great quote. While we are still doing some shop around, Desmond really put 58 Foundations & waterproofing on our list for a potential contractor

If you are looking for a contractor that answers the phone, arrives at the agreed upon time and date, and then executes the job as discussed on the agreed upon time and date, then give them call. This was my experience, and I appreciate them.

58 Foundations is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend them enough. The team was responsive, prompt, and attentive and quickly identified the root causes for moisture in my crawlspace. Normally, I have to gather multiple quotes, researching the options on my own, and trying to decide which agent to trust. Our 58 agent was diligent in documenting the current state and explaining the options. Their pricing was utterly reasonable and very fair, and I felt comfortable with everything proposed. No need to haggle back and forth or gather multiple, conflicting estimates. The work was completed on time and within budget. It doesn't get any better.
