Kyle and team was extremely pleasant to work with. Very responsive/punctual, quick and same day service. I was given a rough estimated quote with the provided pictures, the final price was still in the same ballpark which I feel is very professional. Everything from start to finish was very efficient. No complicated pricing. Flat rates for every job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can contact me through phone call, text or email. We then set up a time for a onsite estimate if necessary. After that we schedule a day and time for the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saved up money for a truck and started searching for customers online that were in need of junk removal services. I had a full time Job in DC and after work I would do a few small removal jobs. Eventually I was getting a lot of business and was able to leave my full time job and start the business officially. I have not looked back since.
