I would have pressed all of the buttons for punctuality value, responsiveness, and such. But it only lets me press three of them. K Brooks was great and a great value. Definitely would hire again.

No complicated pricing. Flat rates for every job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can contact me through phone call, text or email. We then set up a time for a onsite estimate if necessary. After that we schedule a day and time for the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saved up money for a truck and started searching for customers online that were in need of junk removal services. I had a full time Job in DC and after work I would do a few small removal jobs. Eventually I was getting a lot of business and was able to leave my full time job and start the business officially. I have not looked back since.
