Juan was super quick to respond to my messages. He gave me my estimate and two days later he did the work. I had so many weeds, overgrown bushes and old mulch. He dug up all my weeds, trimmed back my huge bushes and put down nice new mulch. He did amazing work!

Grass cut lower than what was asked and mulch was blown into yard away from trees. Fabric underneath much was exposed in several areas. Debris was also left on the walkway in front of our stairs.

My initial encounter with Palacios company was great. The company was very responsive, punctual, professional, and reasonable. However, the business encounter went downhill when the company failed to trim my lawn at its best for the amount of money that was charged for the service, which was $800. I would advise others to think about how much the job is worth before accepting or agreeing to an offer, and don't stray away from how much you think the job is worth because some businesses will get over on you.
