Will is the top of the line lawnmower, repair mechanic! My old Company has relocated to Fredericksburg, which makes home repair very difficult. Anyway, as I told Will when he was over at the house, I have found a new repair service for my mowers. Great Company and tremendous value.

I contacted pro core mobile small engine repair this morning. Within minutes, I received a email back from the owner. He thoroughly explained the diagnostic process for my riding lawn mower and how his scheduling worked. I did not have to be home for him. To perform the diagnostic work or the repair period I provided access to my equipment. He text me when he was on his way, when he arrived, and once he had made the diagnosis of the problem with my mower. He then went over several different options for repair and service so that I could make my own choice of what I would like to have done to the machine. The reviews were correct the knowledge in the professionalism of Pro-Core is second to none! Will thoroughly explained how this problem started and how to prevent the problem from happening again? He then explained his warranty. I've never dealt with a company that it's so honest and forthcoming up. Procor now has another customer for life! I signed up for their once a year service and winnerization plan so that I don't have to worry about issues like this in the future. I really can't say enough about Pro-core, if you're really looking for the best of the best look no further. This company is definitely on top of their game

Eli came with a partner. They had to reschedule but it worked better for my schedule. Eli explained what the problem could be and his diagnosis was correct and fixed the mower much quicker than I would have thought. He also fixed the problem with the electric battery starter. I would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pro-Core charges a diagnostic fee on all equipment that is not running properly. However, the fee is waived if the customer decides to have the equipment repaired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a customer will call or text us give us some information about the piece of equipment that they would like to have serviced or repaired. We will then put them on our schedule in the next available service window.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation mechanic, I started messing with small engines when I was very young. In 2015 I realize that there was a growing need for small engine and lawn equipment repair in my area. At that point, I decided to start my company and it has quickly grown to northern Virginia’s leading mobile Small Engine Repair company!
