Troy bilt riding lawnmower would not start. Replace battery still no sound when I tried to turn over engine. Got in estimate from another provider thought it was way too expensive. Pro services came out ask what thought was wrong , needed new carb and selenoid , plus oil change. After replacing the selenoid found that the carb was still good and change the oil. Running smooth for the right price. Thanks Pro Core !

Will is the top of the line lawnmower, repair mechanic! My old Company has relocated to Fredericksburg, which makes home repair very difficult. Anyway, as I told Will when he was over at the house, I have found a new repair service for my mowers. Great Company and tremendous value.

Eli came with a partner. They had to reschedule but it worked better for my schedule. Eli explained what the problem could be and his diagnosis was correct and fixed the mower much quicker than I would have thought. He also fixed the problem with the electric battery starter. I would use them again.

Pro-Core charges a diagnostic fee on all equipment that is not running properly. However, the fee is waived if the customer decides to have the equipment repaired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a customer will call or text us give us some information about the piece of equipment that they would like to have serviced or repaired. We will then put them on our schedule in the next available service window.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation mechanic, I started messing with small engines when I was very young. In 2015 I realize that there was a growing need for small engine and lawn equipment repair in my area. At that point, I decided to start my company and it has quickly grown to northern Virginia’s leading mobile Small Engine Repair company!
