- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my pricing isn't the highest or the lowest. You're paying nowhere near Michael and Son's pricing but you are paying for good safe work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer we typically have to figure out what materials are purchased and what yet needs purchasing. And then the most important aspect is scheduling. As of now I do this work on the side. I have a full time job with a contractor that keeps my family insured as I pursue my Master's so, with me, customers may need to be patient on some flexible scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in English Literature. I actually started doing this work to help pay for college and just circumstantially kept doing bring college.
