FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a makeup artist, I already have a price ready. For me, the budget is the first thing to know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get basic information on the new customer. We ask what kind of event to know what makeup we will do for the new customer. 1. I start with a consultation - skin type and problem areas. 2. I ask my clients about any sensitivities or allergies they may have, then I decide what products would be right for them and make sure they won’t harm them! 3. Then I ask for a desired makeup look and ask them how they want to feel! This gives me the opportunity to feel my clients vibe and work towards successfully done look! 3. I put a mirror right next to them, so my clients can do check-ins any time they want. 4. I listen to them, their concerns, preferences. I make sure all my clients leave happier and more confident than they came in!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This education and training I named was a makeup class. Here you learn or train how to beautify correctly.
