- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for remediation projects is determined by several factors such as the category, class, drying equipment and materials effected. Metrix Restoration uses THE INDUSTRY STANDARD pricing program XACTIMATE. This is the same program all insurance adjusters use to determine costs and payouts. In this way our customers can rest assured knowing they are receiving top quality service at a fair and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A project manager will consult with the client to assess their needs and expectations. After thoroughly investigating all effected areas, a project scope and written estimate are issued via email, typically within 24-48 hours. If warranted, we will help file insurance claims and work with insurance adjusters to help relieve some of the stress associated with these projects. Quality assurance is handled by the assigned project manager, who works on site to ensure remediation protocol is carried out to I.I.C.R.C standard. Upon completion of remediation protocol, swab samples are collected for laboratory analysis for quality assurance and clearance to close project.
