I needed a cake for my moms 50th birthday bash and came across several cake shops in the Northern Virginia area, including Cravings Cupcakery. I reached out to all the shops and Cravings Cupcakery immediately caught my attention. Carie, the owner, was very responsive and instantly answered all my questions. I explained to her my vision for the cake and basically asked her to come up with something elegant, fun and age appropriate. The day I saw the cake, I was in absolute awe. The cake was a complete masterpiece. It looked so nice that none of the guests believed it was edible. The flavor was even more incredible. This was by far the BEST cake I have ever tasted. Cravings Cupcakery is definitely the place to order your cakes. Not to mention, Carie was an absolute sweetheart. She truly went above and beyond to create the perfect cake for such a memorable occasion.

Carie made my birthday cake which was 1st place out of the 44 birthday cakes I have ever had. Did I mention she's a retired veteran? So much to love!!

Love working with Carie. I have ordered her delicious cupcakes for special events and family celebrations. The red velvet is delicious but my favorite is the vanilla. She recently made an allergy free cupcake for my granddaughter because she could not eat the cake at a family event.
Carie is customer-focused and always working on her craft to be able to bring something new to her business.

Ordered cake for six year old bday party. Gave Carrie less than 48 hours heads up. She delivered amazing cake that made my six year old and my day. We watch cake boss on tv all the time, I have to say Carrie is our northern virginia "cake Boss". Not only the cake was phenomenal looking, it tasted amazing. Will never order from anywhere else.
