Chef Gilmore has a special talent for catering to his clients’ individual needs and requests. He is a superb chef who knows how to cook and serve for any event, from birthday parties to retirement bashes to holiday festivities to the occasional cookout. The theme of your event is always considered, with the delicious dishes reflecting his thoughtfulness. He pays careful attention to your dietary restrictions as well whether it’s an allergy or special diet due to a health condition. You will never be disappointed when choosing Gilmore Catering for your next event. Just remember to bring your appetite… and Bon Appetit!

Working with Gilmore catering is a top tier experience. From drafting up a vision together, to creating minor details, and executing the plan. There is intentionally behind every decision and those sentiments are personified in the food. The quality of food is that of a Bib Gourmand level. From the beginning until the very last dish is washed it was an absolute pleasure. Cooking for over two hundred people is no small task. Keeping the quality consistent at scale is impressive and each plate felt like it was made on an individual basis. Thank you for all of the hard work!

I had a great experience working with Freddy for my community event. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and a hit with our guests. Communication was clear, professionalism was top-tier, and everything was delivered on time. You can tell a lot of care went into the service and the quality of the food.
