A+++ - 5 Stars, Highly Recommend Mr. Gilmore. He catered my sons 21st birthday and everyone raved about the food. We wanted to have something for everyone so he created stations, pasta station, different meats, fried, baked, veggies, sauces for everything. There was no detail that he did not think of. The presentation was stunning, the flavors just delicious and what a pleasure to work with. The event was perfect, memories were built and he left a lasting impression on everyone. I will use him for every event!

Chef Frederic gave my wife and me a truly wonderful anniversary dinner experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our palate and preferences and thoughtfully crafted a menu that we absolutely loved. Each course was beautifully prepared and perfectly paired with a mocktail, which made the evening feel extra special. He came fully prepared and used the highest-quality, fresh ingredients. You can truly see his passion for his craft and his genuine love for serving others through his culinary gift. What we appreciated most was how accommodating he was to our schedule, especially with us having a newborn at home. He was flexible, understanding, and made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free for us. We also loved chatting with him and learning about his story. Chef Frederic didn’t just provide a meal—he created a memorable experience that we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Freddy for my community event. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and a hit with our guests. Communication was clear, professionalism was top-tier, and everything was delivered on time. You can tell a lot of care went into the service and the quality of the food.
