- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to a new customer and ask as many questions to see how we can fit and adjust to their needs. I then explain the pricing and what's offered with each package. From there we move to the contract & deposit stage in order to book the date and start to prepare for their big event!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love for photos and being an entrepreneur. Helping other captures their memories just made sense.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you speak with them before hiring and ask as many questions as you can. 🙂
