I had William come install my under the sink RO that I bought. They had to change out my cold water stop valve to a quarter turn. What I didn’t notice is that my hot water was leaking underneath too before he got there. Fortunately, he gave me a good deal and installed both under sink RO and quarter turn stop valves for a good deal He explained everything and made sure that things were working. He even helped put silicone sealant around my new RO faucet. Would definitely work with them again if I need any plumbing help.

The plumber, Chris, came and checked out the toilet and bathroom sink. He put the chain back on the Fluidmaster in the toilet tank. Now toilet flushes fine. Determined the water in the sink was not draining properly due to gunk in the drain. Cleaned out all the gunk and now the water goes straight down into the drain and the sink is not backed up anymore.
