- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of the prices is based on location, how many of my guys are needed, and anything extra that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through is preferred, but photos work, of what exactly you want done, an estimate is provided no later than the following day and after discussion, we plan a day and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the business for a decade with many different people and that helped harden my skill to get to where I'm at today.
