I have rental properties and I work with a lot of contractors for various tasks. This company is an absolute gem run by two brothers who put customer satisfaction as a true priority. I had an oil stain left by a tenant on my concrete driveway that others said wouldn’t come out. Tobar’s crew came in with new technology and a super product that removed 90% of the oil and made my 25 year old concrete driveway look brand new. They also power washed my house and deck. Best experience I’ve ever had with a power washing company — all with very competitive prices. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

They were very up front and considerate throughout the entire process. They initially told me they wouldn't be able to clean a couple of my windows due to their level of damage (they were literally falling apart) but then they ended up cleaning them and even managed to make the window frames look better than before the cleaning (again - a structural issue, not a cleaning issue.) Our house hadn't been cleaned in at least a decade. It had mildew and all sorts of issues. They took it all on and did so with ease and professionalism.
