- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices and value are unmatchable. We have a wide range of offers, bundles and discounts. Just feel free to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to listen to the client's needs, then analyze and provide the best options or recommendedations for our clients. Upon arrival to the property/project site we will perform a walk around to verify no obstacles are present and to explain our process step by step to our client if preffered. We will prepare and follow all of our safety guidelines before starting. Depending on the requested the services our process can take anywhere between 1:30 to 3 hours. Usually our time windows should allow a customer to request additional services if needed. Upon finishing again we will follow our safety guidelines and after this perform a final walk around with our client to review the service we provided. We will thank and let our client know how much we appreciate their business and provide and all the needed recommendations to maintain the property looking healthy, also provide all the contact information needed for any feedback or recommendations.
