Nick’s 2-man crew did an excellent job power washing my 2-story house, flagstone patio, deck and stairs. They did a professional, thorough job and cleaned up after. I definitely plan to use UltraWash next year when the house needs its annual powerwash.

Alberto did an excellent job! I had a fair amount of stuff that had to be moved around and he just took care of it to ensure a complete washing, which also included in the rain about half way through. Communication was also timely.

ULTRA-WASH arrived on time, were efficient and tidy. Alberto did an outstanding job with the power washing. Communicating with Nicholas was outstanding. There was a minor issue and Nicholas assured me that he would have Alberto return to do a retouch. I would use this company again for any future projects.

Our prices and value are unmatchable. We have a wide range of offers, bundles and discounts. Just feel free to ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to listen to the client's needs, then analyze and provide the best options or recommendedations for our clients.
Upon arrival to the property/project site we will perform a walk around to verify no obstacles are present and to explain our process step by step to our client if preffered.
We will prepare and follow all of our safety guidelines before starting.
Depending on the requested the services our process can take anywhere between 1:30 to 3 hours. Usually our time windows should allow a customer to request additional services if needed.
Upon finishing again we will follow our safety guidelines and after this perform a final walk around with our client to review the service we provided. We will thank and let our client know how much we appreciate their business and provide and all the needed recommendations to maintain the property looking healthy, also provide all the contact information needed for any feedback or recommendations.
