Hired on Thumbtack
He likes to show others as he works and at times explain to you what he is doing as opposed to working himself in total privacy and quiet, away from you.
He is attuned and experienced with all ranges of door handle and locksmith work, generally speaking. He will overview with you the various options that he feels as being ideal for your unique situation.
The phone calls are always consistently detailed and very highly cordial. He returns calls completely conscientiously.
Details: Install or replace current lock system • Deadbolt • Doorknob • I'm flexible

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At MKM Locksmith, I believe in honest, upfront pricing. I explain the service and estimated cost before starting the work whenever possible. No hidden fees or unnecessary work. special discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask a few questions about the lock or door and, when possible, request a photo. I then explain the service, provide an estimated price, and schedule a convenient time. I complete the job professionally and make sure everything works properly before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed professional locksmith training covering residential security, lock mechanism rekeying, master keying, and non-destructive entry techniques. Additionally, I stay continuously updated on the latest high-security locking systems, smart lock technologies, and industry best practices to ensure safe, top-quality service.
