My pricing reflects the quality, customization, and results-driven approach I bring to every session. Each package has been carefully structured based on the level of service provided—whether it's a full resume overhaul, targeted interview coaching, or both. I don’t believe in hidden fees, and I offer flexible options to meet different needs and budgets. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I start by learning about your goals and what success looks like for you. I ask thoughtful questions about your current approach—what’s worked, what hasn’t—and then build a customized plan from there. There’s no one-size-fits-all method when it comes to career growth. Each person has a unique background, voice, and journey. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and provide the tools, strategy, and support you need to move forward with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of leadership experience in operations, with a strong background in recruiting and talent development. I currently teach weekly classes focused on resume building and interview preparation, helping individuals across industries position themselves for competitive roles. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve completed graduate level course work in Employment Law, which deepens my understanding of what employers look for in high-level, strategic candidates. My training also includes a Black Belt Six Sigma certification, which enhances my ability to deliver structured, results-oriented support tailored to each client’s career goals.
