I am so glad that we chose ROI Property Management. John was super responsive and helped us out of a tough spot with our condos. We just couldn’t handle managing it ourselves anymore. He took the time to explain the process to us and in two weeks we had transitioned over three condos to manage, including two unrented and one with a renter moving out and ceiling damage - and they handled everything for us. Gave us such a sense of relief. They got everything repaired and units advertised in smidgeon of the time it would have taken us. Plus they are professionals and know all of the legalities that need to be taken care of. They also saved us a significant amount of money because they have their own maintenance team and can pass on those savings. Their online owner and tenant portal is very detailed and complete. Lastly, I liked the fact that they said they would treat our property as if it was their own. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a management company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, but reflects our very hands approach to managing your property. Our fees for residential management start as low as just 6% of monthly rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very detailed process of brining on a new client, especially if the property is vacant and needs to be filled quickly. As part of the Keller Williams Realty group we will have your property listed in the MLS and hundreds of websites for maximum exposure. Our online Owner Portal gives our clients live time access to all of the financial and maintenance status with their property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The early part of my career I was a Partner in the sixth largest CPA firm in the world. Then I ran new construction development for Choice hotels, before developing, running and owning six hotels, office buildings and residential investment properties for my own portfolio. As you can see my knowledge of accounting, construction & maintenance and ownership spans 40 years. In addition, I am a licensed Realtor.
