"We moved from VA to NC and decided to rent our condo in Tysons. I spoke with several companies before landing on ROI. Speaking with John put me at ease. He provided so much information and it was clear he cares about the owners and ensuring their properties are well maintained. They do detailed checks on all potential renters. It's also comforting to know he has his own handy men on staff to help with repairs as needed. We used them to paint part of our condo to prepare for renters, and it was very fairly priced. We moved out the last week of October. Historically, it's very difficult to find renters during the holiday months. Impressively, John and his team found renters that moved in by mid-November for an 18 month lease. The entire experience brought us peace of mind."

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, but reflects our very hands approach to managing your property. Our fees for residential management start as low as just 6% of monthly rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very detailed process of brining on a new client, especially if the property is vacant and needs to be filled quickly. As part of the Keller Williams Realty group we will have your property listed in the MLS and hundreds of websites for maximum exposure. Our online Owner Portal gives our clients live time access to all of the financial and maintenance status with their property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The early part of my career I was a Partner in the sixth largest CPA firm in the world. Then I ran new construction development for Choice hotels, before developing, running and owning six hotels, office buildings and residential investment properties for my own portfolio. As you can see my knowledge of accounting, construction & maintenance and ownership spans 40 years. In addition, I am a licensed Realtor.
