I absolutely recommend her as both a realtor and property manager!Tasha was our property manager from 2018-2021. She was extremely responsive and great to work with, especially given that we were physically on the other side of the world from her and our property during that time. She maintained an excellent relationship with both us and our tenant. She ensured our property was kept in great condition and managed the selling of it when we were ready.The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is I would have liked to see more proactiveness and assertiveness when it came to dealing with maintenance contractors.

Tasha was very responsive to our needs on getting our house sold. Her insights into the market was invaluable for my wife and I. If it wasnt for her calm, patient demeanor. I seriously doubt that we would have sold the house

Tasha is hands down the best. She is so down to earth and easy to work with. She gets to know her clients and truly cares about making sure our needs are met. She moves quickly and made the process very easy and positive for me. Ive worked with her for years first with renting, then my first purchase, and I will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend her.
