What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the prospective client, if we both choose that we are a good fit we move forward. All Consultations are no cost and no obligation. During this initial meeting I go over the entire process and all paperwork that is required to complete the necessary transaction. I look at my clients as partners not as customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
