I was experiencing low water pressure at my residence. Kenny agreed to be there within a hour. He showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He could have charged me for a new pressure reducing valve, he adjusted the pressure and advised that it would need to be replaced at some point. I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs.

Kenny responded to my request within a matter of minutes and had availbility on the same day. Kenny diagnosed a toilet problem for my rental home, which we initially thought was a leaky valve in a matter of seconds. To my embarrassment, it was just an old flapper that needed to be replaced. Kenny was very knowledgeable and professional when diagnosing the problem. Kenny did not try to upsell/up-charge me for unnecessary work. I will definitely be contacting him again for any future needs.
