Scott did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. He went above and beyond by taking the time to inspect the old water heater and provide information I needed for my insurance claim, which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. His workmanship was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber. Thank you, Scott!
Details: Yes, the location has an existing heater • Electric tank • I would like the pro to buy the water heater • Townhouse

Very happy with Scott. I’d hired another plumber to install new faucets after I got new vanities in the bathrooms. They left with 1 sink leaking and the other unfinished. I sent photos to Scott, he quoted me a fair price, and was there the next day. He had both sinks running properly with no leaks super fast, had all the parts needed in his truck. Will definitely call him again if we need a plumber.

Replaced old rotted brass kitchen sink P-Trap with PVC. Same day service, good price, and quality work. Both workers wore masks the whole time while inside and even worked so quietly my 2 year old napped through the whole thing! Highly recommended!
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Leaking (problem area known) • House

Scott Ison gave me a good estimate for a fair price. He was able to re-pipe my whole house, remove an old bath tub and replace it and was able to re-tile the bathtub area. He was also able to take care of putting back the drywall where the re-piping took place, although he didn't do the painting. Other contractors would do the plumbing work but I would have had to find a contractor to do the tile work and drywall work. His price was much cheaper than the big plumbing companies. His workers were very courteous and on time. I would definately recommend Scott Ison for contracting work. Good price, quality work. What more can you ask for?
Details: An entire home • Install pipe to one or more rooms • Septic tank • House

This company was great from start to finish. I need the plumbing replaced under my bathroom sinks, and Scott was able to give me an estimate within an hour or so of receiving photos of my current set-up.
On the day of service, he reached out due to a slight delay to ensure that I was aware of what was going on and to check that I’d be okay with the guys coming a little later—it was only an hour, and with the unpredictable nature of hvac/plumbing, traffic, etc. I was open to being flexible with timing anyway (but appreciated the communication).
The guys arrived, took their shoes off (not necessary but an extremely polite gesture), wore masks, and got right to work. The finished product is beautiful, there were zero surprises when it came time to pay, and overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.
Details: A few pipes • Other plumbing installation or replacement • Municipal water (most common) • Townhouse
