- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roof and siding replacement pricing is done using square footage and then specific areas receive linear footage pricing. Windows vary depending on sizes and options but I have standard pricing for them as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my customers over the phone or by email to get an idea of what I can assist them with. I then like to order aerial measurements that I can use to get accurate square footage numbers in order to provide a quote. I also like to visit the property to verify dimensions and address specific issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father ran his roofing company in northern Virginia for 28 years and I was brought up around the business starting at a young age. I worked for my father throughout high school, college, and then 5 years after college. I then worked for a national window and siding manufacturer for 2 years before starting TDHP. I have received certifications through manufacturers to ensure proper installation and safety.
