JWR helped me install a sprinklersystem, he was both knowledgeable and competent. He was patient with me as a beginner and waited until the parts came in to install. I took a star off because he charged me extra as the work took longer to complete. A heads up before starting the work would have been full 5 stars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do pretty much go by standard pricing but sometimes a smaller job can be higher on price than a larger one. It’s mostly about how easy / complex the installation. Not the size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually would need to know the reason they want x service. What problem they’re having mostly. Then basically see if we’re on the same track to the solution.
