What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone's situation is different. If you provide the details, I can provide a fair and reasonable quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy! I collect information via an intake form. I prefer to meet via video chat for Tax prep (just to cut back on commuting in this area), but I can certainly meet you in person if you prefer. Business Clients I like to initially meet face to face, then video/phone chat thereafter. Once I have what I need, I start working right away. I can share most documents via online or in person!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's Degree in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation
