- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regularly we like to see the job first for a better and precise estimate. We offer military and senior discount of 5%. There is a fee of 5% per transaction if pay with credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet with the costumer for the estimate the first thing is to find out what is his/her point of view of what they want to have done and how they want it to look like, then we recommend some options to meet their expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family and I used to work for this tree service company and after many years I decided to get involved in this industry applying my experience I earned while working in the company.
