Carlos was extremely professional and friendly-an excellent communicator from start to finish. He bid the best price for our bedroom painting job and was available the very next morning! Carlos is a true artist who cares about the quality of his work. He took his time and did a perfect job-I'm extremely OCD, so I don't throw the "p" word around. He was respectful of our space and left everything completely spotless. He brought all of his own materials and even spent extra time telling me how to repair a broken window ledge that my husband has been avoiding for over a year. :) I would trust him completely with any project and look forward to working with him on future jobs. My husband practically begged for his card!

Castle did a really A+ job on fix up to my back deck. I needed to get a shade installed and it required mounting blocks on my home and the installation of posts to my deck. They took apart the deck frame, installed posts and put it all back together in four hours for a fair price. Impressed by the work and kind hearted service I got during the quote, work, and payment process. THANKS!

Carlos absolutely lived up to his amazing reviews. I had just bought my home and was concerned about several issues that weren't fixed during my final walk through. His reviews on your site is what made me want to work with him. I was contacted almost immediately after submitting a request, and Carlos was extremely professional and respectful. He agreed to come over that very day even in a bad snow storm. He took his time to figure out my issues, explained what happened and what needed to be fixed. He even taught me how to fix my small issues by myself to save me money. Our conversation was pleasant and I felt completely safe having him in my home. A few days later I had issues with my locks and once again in a snow storm Carlos agreed to stop by just to check what I did wrong and once again taught me how to fix it. He did this all out of courtesy and didn't even charge me for the visit. I would absolutely recommend Carlos Serrano to my friends and family. It feels nice to know that I have found a professional that I can trust.
