Robert was great to work with. He was on time and told me how the work was going to be done. Then when some issues came up, we brainstormed how to get around our issue of getting an ethernet jack into my home office which is above my garage. Great value and excellent service.

I described the problem over the phone and sent photos of my tv. The owner reviewed and gave me an honest evaluation over the phone. We decided that the cost to analyze the problem and effect repairs would exceed the cost of buying new. End of conversation. I appreciate the honesty!
