Nor did a great job- he called me back almost immediately and knew exactly how to fix both our thermopane window, which was foggy, and replaced the glass in our front door. Price was fair and he was friendly and tidy. Will definitely use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, discount is offered depends on the job ( size, difficulty...etc) there is no fees added to our prices and taxes are included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we usually start with a free no obligation estimate, upon approval to the customer we take our measurements and send the order in. The turnaround time for install is usually 2 to 3 days for regular glass and 7 to 10 days for special order (like tempered).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Glass and glazing training and I have 10 years field experience with residential and commercial projects.
