I hired DFC to repair my kitchen floor after discovering severe damage underneath, and overall they did a very solid job. What started as a simple flooring project turned into a full structural rebuild—rotted joists, a failing subfloor, and years of hidden issues. DFC handled the situation professionally and made sure the work was done correctly.
They removed all the damaged materials, rebuilt the floor structure, and installed a clean, sturdy new subfloor. The finished flooring looks great and completely transformed the space. Their craftsmanship was strong, and they communicated well throughout the job so I always knew what was happening. Took a bit longer and had a few hiccups but we got it done.
Overall, DFC did reliable, quality work on a tough job. I’d definitely recommend them for structural repairs or flooring projects

Had water damage to a basement ceiling that we were worried that may have caused structural damage. DFC Home Improvement came over and assessed it and assured us that it was still sound. They cleaned up the damaged areas and reenforced the joist as well as mold sealed it. Then reinstalled fresh drywall and painted the ceiling to match. Perfect end result. Highly recommend.
