Introduction: Try mediation; it works! We specialize in a variety of conflict resolution skills. Our primary caseload deals with the custody, visitation, and support of minor children, but we also do equitable distribution of marital and business property and a host of general mediation issues, such as small business contracts, verbal and written, landlord tenant disputes, neighborhood disputes, and a variety of issues that could be mediated, thus avoiding a lawsuit. We also have some experience with organizational and governmental disputes and facilitating large groups. We have mediators trained and specializing in workplace, equal employment opportunity disputes, church conflict resolution, and agricultural mediation, as well as United States Department of Agriculture issues. We provide services in the criminal justice system for victims and offenders using circle processes called Restorative Justice Conferencing. We also provide certified parenting classes that meet the requirements of the Virginia Supreme Court for court ordered parenting classes in Virginia.
