FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that Summit Environmental Solutions offers transparent, competitive, and value-driven pricing tailored to each project’s specific needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—our estimates are based on a thorough inspection and honest assessment of the issue, ensuring you only pay for what’s truly necessary. Our pricing reflects the quality of our workmanship, certified technicians, and use of professional-grade, environmentally responsible products. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges—everything is clearly outlined before work begins. Whether it’s pest control, wildlife removal, or crawlspace encapsulation, our goal is to provide the highest level of service at a fair and reasonable cost that delivers lasting results and long-term protection for your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Summit Environmental Solutions, our process for working with a new customer is designed to be thorough, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish. We begin with a detailed consultation and inspection, where one of our trained technicians assesses the property to identify the source of the problem, contributing conditions, and the safest, most effective treatment options. Next, we provide a clear, written estimate outlining the scope of work, recommended solutions, and pricing—no hidden costs or surprise fees. Once approved, our team schedules the service promptly and performs all work with professionalism, care, and respect for your property. After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough and provide documentation or maintenance recommendations to ensure lasting results. We also offer ongoing service plans and follow-ups to maintain long-term protection and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three Virginia state Certified Applicators and a team of Virginia state Certified Registered Technicians/Wildlife Control Operators. We also are trained in bats, led remediation, mold removal, and we are a Class A contractor.
