    We normally charge a $40 diagnostic fee. Once we have performed a diagnostic and discussed the issues with your device, we apply that fee to your total cost.

We provide prompt, accurate, and professional support at all times and take the time to understand our customer's issues. We do not talk down or belittle our customers. We put difficult computer vocabulary into layman's term for our customers to understand.
