- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically standard pricing is $80 per job for most computer incidents and any malware/virus issues runs $125 per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we set up an appointment, you'll be given access to my business phone bridge which is where we will meet for our appointment. This is when I'll verify your email address and if you have access to a browser, I'll provide you a 6 digit code to allow me to obtain access to your computer. You are always in complete control of your computer and can take access back at anytime. Once the problem is resolve, you'll receive a trouble ticket notification from my ticketing system so you have a proper record of what happened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of Military and Civilian training in the Information Systems Technology Field. All technicians are qualified with having an A+, Network+ and Security+ professional certificate.
