- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects booked on the day of the estimate are given a 5% discount. If the customer can agree to work around our schedule to start at a sooner or later date than expected we also give a 5% discount on the final price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to see how we can help you on an initial phone call and set up an estimate. At the estimate, we'll go over the scope of work and provide you with an estimate that we'll go over together to make sure everything went over is covered. Once the contract is signed, we will keep in touch as the date of the project is about to start with any updates in regards to scheduling and or colors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arturo holds a Class A Contractors License in the state of Virginia with the specialties of Painting and Wallcover Contractor (PTC) and Drywall Contracting (DRY).
