FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on project size, materials, and design complexity. Because every outdoor living project is custom, we do not offer flat-rate pricing. Most projects are quoted after an on-site consultation so we can accurately review layout, material options, and site conditions. We focus on quality workmanship and long-lasting materials rather than discount or low-cost installs. There are no hidden fees, and any applicable permit or specialty material costs are discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and the type of outdoor space you’re looking to create. From there, we schedule a free on-site consultation to evaluate the space, discuss design options, materials, and budget expectations. After the site visit, we develop a custom project plan and proposal based on the scope and materials discussed. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, ordering materials, and construction. Throughout the project, we focus on clear communication, clean job sites, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from a combination of hands-on construction work, industry training, and ongoing education related to residential outdoor construction. We stay current on best practices for materials, installation methods, and local building requirements, and we regularly work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure proper product use. Most importantly, our training is reinforced through real-world project experience, allowing us to deliver durable, well-built outdoor living spaces for our clients.
