The handyman never showed up. I called ten mins after the appointment and was told he would try to find someone else to come in his place and would call me back in five mins he never called me back. When I called back 90 mins later he didn’t answer the call.

Vendor requested a service call fee prior to the estimate visit. However never showed up to the “scheduled” appointment even though I paid the service fee. Vendor promised to return the service fee; however I had to eventually file a claim with my bank in order to have my money returned.
