- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start our pricing at $99. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of work that has to be done (will be determined upon inspection) the price will increase. We will give an honest price and will have it in writing before cleaning begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer contacts me I will give an estimated quote. I will request to see the home to give a definitive price, a contract will be signed and a date will be chosen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 14 years of experience in cleaning homes. We are always educating ourselves on the updated techniques to properly clean appliances, floors, various surfaces, etc.
