Soft Works Power Washing utilizes a "soft wash" technique that uses far less pressure than traditional pressure washing. Soft washing ensures your home is cleaned without risking damage caused by high pressure washers. We also have the capability to use heated water which increases cleaning power. Finally, special soaps and detergents are used (depending on the surface being washed) that will completely eliminate moss, mildew, and all organic growth from your home.

I requested a quote on the work and had it in a couple of hours. Tim said that he could do the job the same day. They were on time and very thorough in cleaning the gutters and power washing the siding and fence. I will call them back after the leaves fall this year.

Tim and his helper, Sam, were very professional and very thorough. They cleaned the entire exterior of our home, our porch (including the pillars and ceiling), sidewalk, driveway, and our large Trex decking in only about 4 hours, and for a very reasonable price. They moved furniture and other outdoor items out of their way, and put everything back, too. We will definitely be recommending this company to all of our friends, in the Hampton Roads area. You may find someone who will give you a slightly less expensive price quote, but we highly doubt they’ll give you the same quality of service. We are VERY pleased with the results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Soft Works Power Washing, our number one goal is to listen to and understand our customers needs. We tailor our services to provide exactly what our customers want. This involves meeting with the customer (if possible) at the property and discussing the particular project that the customer has in mind. We then discuss affordable pricing and availability. After the project is complete, we walk the property with the homeowner and make absolutely sure they are happy before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the PWRA (pressure washing resource association) which is designed to educate and inform power washing contractors. Furthermore, I have years of in the job experience, ensuring my customers get the best service possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With attention to detail and a great work ethic, exterior cleaning just made sense as the business I want to be in. I take pride in doing a great job and customer satisfaction is at the top of my list.
