Initially I was very please with this company. On time, efficient, excellent clean. However, in the few weeks since they left I have found a few stains left behind (that were not there when mr clean out) from furniture being put back down on wet carpet. Right now I have 2 beautiful rust colored stains underneath a rockin chair from where the furniture was sat on wet carpet. So that part I am not happy about. Would I hire them again - yes in a heartbeat however this time we would have a discussion about putting wood furniture on wet carpet!
