- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have standard pricing because each project is unique and there are many factors that are considered when arriving at an estimated price. However, we do have a general base price per a square foot that we work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we contact and meet with the potential customer to discuss what the customer is looking for. We then take a look at and inspect the project which determines the scope of work to be completed. We then discuss with the homeowner all of the options available. We provide a written estimate with bulleted detail of the proposed work and materials to be used. We then discuss the estimate with the homeowner in detail. We remain available to answer any questions the customer may have. If chosen to complete the project we talk with the customer about the best times to schedule the project, then cover the remaining details of the scope of work. If there are any changes that may need to be made it is discussed fully with the homeowner before taking further action. Payment is to be made upon completion of contracted work.

We have been in the business for almost 30 years. We are always keeping up on trends and new and better ways to complete our projects.
