I couldn’t be happier with our experience. I reached out to them and heard back within an hour. Shannon was at our house providing us an estimate by the next afternoon. The estimate was very reasonable!
The work included a repair done on a few leaky spots, installing a heating cable and installing an ice and water barrier. They made quick work of it but did not skimp on quality.
Would highly recommend!

Working with Shannon was great. He was able to start almost immediately after the initial consult. He sent pix of before and after and the communication was excellent.
I had and issue during the first rain after the repair and he came right out, made an assessment and got it taken care of right away.
I made the right choice going the Climate Shield.

Shannon was very honest professional and helpful throughout this whole process. Ive had about 3 other estimates and Shannon was the only person to explain in detail what the problem was and not try to upsell me a whole new roof. Shannon even offered to come back if there is any issues and to check on the roof once a year for conditions and how it's holding up. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and courtesy that Shannon offered and will continue to his services from here on out. Very hard to find good business like Climate Shield Roofing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have standard pricing because each project is unique and there are many factors that are considered when arriving at an estimated price. However, we do have a general base price per a square foot that we work with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we contact and meet with the potential customer to discuss what the customer is looking for. We then take a look at and inspect the project which determines the scope of work to be completed. We then discuss with the homeowner all of the options available. We provide a written estimate with bulleted detail of the proposed work and materials to be used. We then discuss the estimate with the homeowner in detail. We remain available to answer any questions the customer may have. If chosen to complete the project we talk with the customer about the best times to schedule the project, then cover the remaining details of the scope of work. If there are any changes that may need to be made it is discussed fully with the homeowner before taking further action. Payment is to be made upon completion of contracted work.

We have been in the business for almost 30 years. We are always keeping up on trends and new and better ways to complete our projects.
