Jeffrey started with us by doing yard maintenance and now does all our external property maintenance. He is courteous, on time, and respectful. Most important to us is that he watches our property when we are away for long periods of time. He will notify us if something is amiss or if there is something which needs attention. He always asks for our approval if he sees something major which needs work rather than just doing whatever he wants and sending us a bill. We appreciate that! He is willing to learn how to do something he hasn't done before and takes constructive comments well. He has areas of expertise and experience like tree trimming but defers to experts in other areas like carpentry, plumbing and electricity. We recommend him highly.

This company has done extensive work for me. They have completely remodeled my basement starting with building a subfloor, vvinal flooring, building new walls, carpentry, painting, coordinating all subcontractors, insurance adjusters. They were punctual, polite, got the job done on time. The work was done very well. The basement is now the nicest room in the house. They cleaned up every night. I also bad them install raised vegatatable beds. They do all of my outside yard and property work. My neighbor suggested I give them a try. My home looks great since they've been here.

Jeffrey provided property caretaker services at our farm in Vermont over the past fall ,winter and spring. It was a an especially bad winter but Jeffrey always diligent about checking the property and communicating with us. The property is listed on the market and he always made sure it was ship shape for a number of showings. 5 Stars for diligence , communication and his fees are extremely reasonable

I have been using Jeff for about 4 years now for a wide range of projects, big and small. He has done tree removal, grounds clearing, gravel driveway repair, stone wall building, snow removal from roofs to name but a few of the projects. He is timely, on budget, communicative and most important, honest. He gives 60 minutes of work for 60 minutes of pay. He maintains my seasonal properties over the winter and is trusted with the keys to all my buildings. I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff and his services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I installed a 250' timber landscape walkway on the side of a local lake. I did all the dirt work all the way through the installation to the finished grad work
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The lowest price isn't always the best finished product. You get what you pay for.
