30 something windows with 3 walls of window. Some were inaccessible to most but Alex found away. They are still clean. Price was right!Oct 31, 2015Verified
Alex did a great job! Windows are spotless, were done on-time and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.May 11, 2011Verified
We have a large, multi-story contemporary home with many windows--few of which are easily accessible from the outside; many of which are difficult to reach even from inside. Alex not only cleaned every window, but also wiped down all of the sills. In a word, beautiful. We're having him back to do a thorough "spring cleaning" which otherwise will never happen! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For window cleaning, we have a base rate for each type of window, and add to it depending on various circumstances. Our base rates: Double Hung Window: $12 Casement or small to medium fixed pane (single pane): $8 Picture window: $15 Skylight: $15 Storm windows (per panel): $5 For additional panes ("French" or "true divides"), we charge 25â per pane. For instance, a double hung window with 6 panes in the top sash and 6 on the bottom (called a 6 over 6) would cost $15 (base rate of $12 plus [12 panes * 25â= $3]) Another example, a picture window with 72 panes would cost $33 (base rate of $15 plus [72 panes * 25â=$18]) The above prices are for an in and out cleaning, including screens, sills, and frames. If a customer prefers an outside only cleaning, the cost is 60% of the standard in & out price. For instance, a double hung window cleaned outside only is $7.20. Other circumstances are considered on a case by case basis.
